First Harvest: June 2, 2009

Well I harvested my first “veggies” from the garden. I wish i took pics but i was so excited to eat them that I didn’t 🙁

I picked some squash blossoms (male) and stuffed them with a cheese and sundried tomato flilling then put them in a tempura batter and fried them. So good.

I am already stalking the squash plant for more blossoms. I already see about 5 more males so not much longer until I can make some more squash blossoms.

Now I just need to find more recipes.
